We stayed one night at this hotel as it was close to the interstate and on our way to Gatlinburg. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Staff was friendly.
Not too many restaurants nearby to choose from though.

Very mediocre for a Fairfield. Rooms were average. Definitely should have queen beds instead of doubles, ugh. Room was big, but no amenities, fridge or anything and who puts coffee makers in the bathroom. Most hotels these days are offering free breakfasts. Well, all I can say is this one needed to be free. They should pay the customers to even eat it. The coffee was awful and the selection worse. We had to go find someone to even get coffee. Doubt if I will stay here again and would not suggest it to anyone else.

first of all, they are cheap. they only put out different fruit twice the three weeks I was there, they didn't even have pens and note pads in the business center, or my room. my Marriott profile says feather free room, but there were feather pillows in my room every other day. I told the front desk four times, and even brought one down, because the manager accused me of lieing about it! this is her entire and uncut email to me. I got pink eye and a sinus infection from the feathers. "I am unsure as to why you believe we are removing your foam pillows from your room. We have not nor will we give you feather pillows any time since you have expressed your not wanting them in your marriott profile. We are going to great lengths each day with our staff to ensure you have the exact same pillows in your room each day. As for your sheets, we have one person designated each day to do nothing else but strip beds. Our housekeepers walk in to a bare bed and have to remake each bed with new fresh linens, so your sheets are changed daily unless you put a do not disturb sign on your door. I am also unsure when we were supossed to meet as I have never been given a time to meet you or a date. I am happy to speak with you if you would like, however Ms. XXXX all 6 of your pillows are foam and have been foam. I apologize for your frustration but we are unsure as to exactly what you are asking us to do. If you would like to email me back since your work schedule runs late into the evening, feel free to do so." Marriott customer service set up the meeting, and even reconfirmed that they spoke to her. After this email, gold earrings were stolen out of my suitcase, and the lock smashed. and the suite they put me in, as a gold elite member, had a view of the back of the covered entry, and the sound of the lobby doors beneath, could be heard over the TV. I got a bug bite on my hand and found a spider nest next to the TV. No wonder I got sick.

We stayed just one night at this Fairfield Inn on our trip to Indianapolis. This hotel has rooms that accomodate 5 people (2 double beds and pullout sofa) which is hard to find these days. The room was big enough, clean and had a fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, but the coffee was nasty. That's my only complaint. I'd have no reservations staying there again.
