For starters, the hotel was not that clean, nor nice. The area is great, however there was a cigarette hole in our sheets, mystery stains on the carpet, and the "free internet" is slower than any dial up I've ever had, it takes 5 min to load google. But sadly, that was not the worst part of our stay. The staff here are HORRIBLE. They double charged our account and when I called to get it resolved the lady literally screamed at me, that was her first reaction to scream at a customer. She barely let me finish a statement to explain that hey! obviously you charged us twice, cause look we have a bank statement.
She wouldn't even look at the credit card charges. I called their corporate office, who is supposed to be dealing with the owner and theoretically refunding us. But, if you'd like to stay in a dirty room, pay double, and get screamed at, then this is the hotel for you.
