Was very disappointed with the overall condition of the room. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with cleaner, more modern and brighter rooms. The service at the checking was very good, but the restaurant/bar need some improvement.

The Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport is located about 5 minutes from the Cincinnati airport in a region of light industrial buildings: there is no transportation or amenities nearby. There is a convenient free shuttle service that runs to the airport every half hour, and the hotel has ample exterior parking. Check-in was confused, it took two people to get the room and the priority club number sorted out, but people were pleasant. The hotel is arranged around a large central atrium with a restaurant and bar at one side,business center to the other. Guest rooms are some distance off the atrium, past the indoor pool and conference rooms. There are elevators to the rooms, the hotel is wheelchair-accessible.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped: there was a very comfortable bed, free wireless internet access, in-room coffee, and cable TV: there was no 'fridge or minibar. The bathroom was clean and the shower / tub had good hot water and pressure. The location is quiet and there is no jet or street noise.

There is a large pool and modern fitness center that attracted families; the bar and restaurant was filled with business travelers, making for a nice mixture. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast early in the morning and dinner until ten, the food is a mix of American favorites and healthy alternatives. Portion were generous and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

This is a good hotel for travelers making connections through the airport, but the location probably doesn't support any other activities directly. ' Good for families as well as business travelers.

I stayed here overnight as my flight was cancelled due to weather. From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff everyone was pleasant and professional.
The room was very nice although you can tell this is an older facility. They have kept things updated. Wifi is free and very good signal was present everywhere I tried.
The restaurant was good and prices were not too bad.
The walls are a bit thin as I could hear the alarm clock in the next room...several times.
It is very close to the airport. There is free transportation to and from the airport.

I had never stayed in KY before but decided to check in to this hotel the night before a very early flight from the Cincy airport. This hotel was a very comfortable facility and was literally only a few minutes from the airport. The staff offered a free shuttle to the airport (I didn't take them up on it because I had a rental car to return). I was also pleased that the hotel offered a password for high-speed Internet. I will stay here again if I have a flight from CVG.
