Stayed twice at this property so far. Close to my company's office and easy to get to from airport and highway. Clean rooms. Fairly quiet. Breakfast buffet is good and well-tended by friendly staff. Full-service hotel in the process of upgrading its rooms. Try to ask for a room on an upper floor for improved room. Plus: my room had two bottles of spring water when I checked in. Minus: Sound from an adjacent room was pretty loud. Sounded like the guest was showering in MY bathroom! Maybe more insulation/soundproofing is needed for rest of renovation project. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice recently updated property. Very close to the airport and pretty handy to downtown Cincinnati. The employees were courteous and very helpful. This may be my go to hotel near the airport on future trips to Cincinnati.

We stayed here with family (who had hotel points to use, so we didn't pay for it ourselves). Good location, easy access to the major roads. We had 6 kids total here and the pool was great! Pool, hot tub, sauna. Rooms were fine, nothing fancy. Food at the restaurants was good. The restaurant/lobby area is big and spread out

Hotel was very quiet, had a nice pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty big, well kept and clean. They don't have automatic doors (I'm in a wheel chair) but other than that it was great, still easy to get around.
