Over priced for the room. Room seemed fairly nice and did have a flat screen tv,but the bathroom was not updated and had a lot of chipped paint on walls and door,dirty marks on walls,cigarette burn on one comforter,this was a non smoking room. The whole lower level is smoking and you could smell it in the lobby.Had to walk a long way to ice machine which was empty. Overall it is just priced too high for the quality of this hotel. If they would make it smoke free and update the bathrooms,it would then be a great hotel.

We were traveling with our 6-, 4-, and 1-year old and had requested a crib through online reservation. We showed up and there was no crib or record of our asking for one. Hotel staff was very unhelpful- rather than look for a crib or help us find another place to stay, they just kept defending themselves and telling us how this wasn't their fault. Meanwhile we had three tired kids who needed to sleep, but apparently this wasn't their problem. Finally after a lot of badgering the staff looked for a crib- and found one. Amazing failure of basic customer service.

Also: hotel web site advertises indoor pool but pool is outdoors. Smoking rooms within smelling
distance of nonsmoking rooms. Bathtub was missing a drain plug so no baths for kids either. Etc etc etc.

Our faith in Choice Hotels was again confirmed with this hotel. Unlike the dirty, smelly Comfort Inn and Suites located in Smyrna, Georgia, we arrived in Elizabethtown with some trepidation. Thankfully, like the Comfort Inn in Lebanon, TN, this one was also clean, staff friendly, and very pleasant. Goes to show that many times one bad experience shouldn't spoil giving a hotel another chance in a different city.

Good Internet, Friendly staff. Room is big, has a micro fridge in every room, and a big flat screen tv. Rooms are a little worn.
