We always try to stay at Hamptons but doubt we'll return here. No complaints about staff but more about the facility itself. The room was bland at best and definitely in need of updating. Problem areas: walls must not be well insulated as we could easily hear voices in rooms on both sides; TV would lose sound or picture every so often; we found shower in bath tub somewhat dangerous as the tub is small and slippery due to curved bottom. They should rip he tubs out and convert to showers only. On the positive side the beds were what we have come to expect from Hamptons -- clean and comfy and some welcomed free cookies and coffee were available upon arrival. Overall though were very disappointed -- should have driven an hour further to the Knoxville North Hampton Inn which for $10 more provides so much more! Time for Hilton to do something to change things here in Corbin!
