Despite the Plus, this hotel does not compare with other BWP hotels. Long overdue for a remodel. Small rooms and laundry experience was terrible. Dryers not vented so clothes never dry. One washer of 2 broke. Much better hotels in town. Would not stay again at this tired motel. Must have been glamourous in the past. Pool still attractive, otherwise forget it.

We held our first car show at the Best Western Plus and had great service from the staff and management in the planning of this event. My personal room was great and the comments from the other guests that stayed at the hotel were all very positive. Everyone had a great time and had excellent things to say about the hotel and staff. We used 36 rooms for the week-end for a wedding & the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We did not have one complaint. I think they have new mgt from soem of the other reviews I read but I can tell you the only bad thing is their breakfast could be a little better-but I eat cereal so it didn't bother me. The atrium area was awesome & I personally cannot say enough good things. Management helped us get taxi service, catering service, etc.

Bathroom was small and needed some updating. Not much of a selection for breakfast, even for a free continental breakfast. No trays (or employee around to find one) to bring breakfast back to room. Close to expressway, though. First time ever at a Best Western with armed security. Makes me wonder...
