Please don't waste your time or money. The pictures are fake, the only thing thats true about the pictues is the outside of the building our room was NASTY the hall way was NASTY the bathroom was NASTY.

Arrived to the hotel @2:40(check in is @2:00). People working at front desk not very friendly. As we are walking to our room there is a basket in hallway where water is dripping from ceiling, the hallway smells like you would not believe, there are several rooms that have the door knobs torn off and big holes in the door where you could stick your hand right in. When we get to our room the door is already open and the room is dirty with the trash overflowing, hair everywhere, beer packaging on the floor, and a nasty smell.(who in their right mind would give someone a room in that condition). After telling them that we would not accept that room they gave us another room down a different hallway with the same aweful smell and the wrong keys to get in. The ceiling in the bathroom is molded and looked like it had been leaking in the past and might cave in at any time, the coffee pot was missing, half of the outlets did not work, and as we walked around the place there was a door that lead to the pool that had a note on it to keep closed which could not even stay closed and a big frog jumping around. They were just filling the pool up with water and some man was cleaning it at the same time. The next morning there was two ducks and a frog in the pool.(who wants to swim with ducks & a frog in the pool).Had to ask the front desk for more towels and he just bought us one big towel for three people and act like he was upset about that. There was roaches in several different areas of the hotel, the wi-fi did not work, the front desk tried to say that check in time was at 3:00pm instead of 2:00pm and the maids did not clean the rooms the next day after we were gone from 7:40 am to 10:00pm attending the state track meet all day. The beds were not made, no clean towels, the dirty towels used the night before still on floor and the front desk said we had to wait until they got some towels out of the dryer and they just bring one towel again.This place really needs to be shut down, this was the most uncomfortable, disgusting, and miserable experience I have ever had at a hotel. After checking out I requested a discount for the bad services I received, and the front desk would not do that after 2 days of misery I experienced staying at this unsafe,smelly,frog infested, moldy place with cock roaches, and two days of no sleep because of the conditions. I could write a book on this hotel, that is how much is really wrong with this hotel. This was during the state track meet and all the other hotels were full so we were stuck at this place that needs to be closed. Everything you hear about this hotel is true, DO NOT STAY HERE,YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!

We turned on the light a little after midnight and the room was crawling with bedbugs! On the walls, sheets, us!!! ugh!! We got our luggage together and left immediately. We even took some of the bugs in a plastic bag to the front desk. No apology- nothing. We had to keep contacting Choice Hotels to issue our complaint. They offered half a night in reward points. We laughed- they then offered 1 night at the dump's worth of points. How generous! ha! This place should be torn down!

When we got to the room (102) it was dirty.

There was an unopened condom packet in the bedside table, an open can of pop in the fridge, hair on the toilet and in the shower, a towel laying on the top of the toilet, the tv was on, there were ashes in the ashtray, the Do Not Disturb sign was laying on the floor, and the coffee pot was gone (the maker was there, but the pot was missing.) My pillow had a hole in the side of it, and the floor was dirty. There was broken glass in the parking lot, broken tiles on the floor, leaking ceiling in the hall, and the pool was dirty.

When we were being checked in, the man at the desk was too busy talking to his lady friend, complaining that she needed to call earlier and that she always called late, and when was she going to come visit him?

We told the desk lady the next day about our room issues, and she did try to help us, but when the manager called back, his reply was, "There is nothing I can do about it."

All in all, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
