We had a mini family reunion there in January, and they are so accomodating! The restaurant is very handy and resonably priced. We didn't have to leave the facility! There were several other families gathered for birthday parties and reunions and our children made many friends! We have used this motel in the past and plan to have reunions at least yearly from now on!

We scheduled a 3-day training meeting for about 15 people. The hotel never got the billing right and refused to justify charges. Won't go back there!

My family and I went to Wichita for fun. The hotel appearance was clean and inviting, the staff was so wonderful, helpful and extremely nice. The rooms were clean and when the staff says the pool and courtyard closes at 11 p.m. it is, which was so nice so you didn't hear kids running around late at night, considering we had a courtside room. My five yr. old had a blast just playing the games there in the courtyard. The only down fall was the pool was way to cold to swim in. I wish they would heat it just a little more, it would be fine if it was outside during the summer. But other than that small down fall, we will most definitely be staying there again. It's the best hotel and staff that I've dealt with in a few years. Thank you so much Best Western!!

The rooms were very well kept, the main lobby was nice. I can't say enough about the bed...probably one of the most comfortable beds I have had at any hotel. Good breakfast - they give you about a dozen options including eggs, hasbrowns & toast with juice. No complaints there to start the day off right.
