Stayed 2 nights in January 2012. Staff was very accommodating and buffet breakfast was super. Breakfast offerings included "make your own" waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereals, bagels, breads and pastries. Better than the average fare. Indoor pool, although we did not use it was very clean and the workout facilities quite adequate. Looks like a great family hotel. Booked via Hotwire and got an excellent rate. Highly recommend the hotel and it has easy access to the highway.

We were very happy with this hotel. The check-in staff was friendly & efficient. The enitre hotel was immaculate & quiet. The breakfast was hot, delicious & had a good variety to choose from. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day on the road. The beds were very comfortable & they are generous with the pillows & towels. The sheets were clean & soft, not scratchy. Everything in the room was spotless & well-maintained. Conveniently located near highway exit & close to lots of restaurants & shopping. An excellent value, as well!

Very clean, big room, and very quiet. Breakfast was very good. I had eggs, yogurt and juice.

The hotel is close to a big shopping center. There is a grocery store about a mile away and was easy to find. Fast food restaurants were in that area, as was an Olive Garden.

An overall great stay - would stop in again!

Travel to Wichita about once or twice a year. Decided to try the Best Western Plus and glad I did.

The lobby is spacious and clean, with a separate dining area. The front desk clerk was pleasant upon check in and I was in my room in no time. The hallways were wide and clean, and did not have that "hotel" smell. The pool area looked clean and the water was warm.

The room was a two double bed room. It was clean and fresh and the beds were not old and worn. The sheets were white and clean, and not scratchy. The pillows were fluffy and comfortable. There was a microwave and a fridge and a nice large flat screen tv with a remote that can be sanitized. The bathroom was very clean and large. No stains on the rugs or the bedding and the room smelled fresh.

Breakfast was, well, hotel breakfast. Eggs were good and they has sausage links. Cereal and a few muffins and pastries. And of course, waffles. Not a bad quick breakfast.

Staff was friendly, and the location is good. Only complaint was that I was unable to get a late check out. When asked, I was told 12:30 was all they could do. I was hoping for a 2 pm or at least 1:30, but oh well, it worked out.

Overall a very nice comfortable place to stay, highly recommend it.
