Booked this hotel thru Priceline for $55 plus $12 taxes and fees each for two rooms. When checking they asked to put us in a room with two beds but had no problem when I asked for a King. She gave us a room on the 10th floor facing the river. Lobby and ball room facilities were updated and very clean and well appointed. Had read some reviews that the said the rooms needed updating, I saw no evidence of this. The two rooms we had which were on different floors were just as nicely appointed as the lobby and ball rooms. Everything worked as it should. I do agree with everyone who considers the wifi charges antiquated, most hotels do not charge for this service any longer. Some had mentioned that there was a charge for parking however, we were never charged for it. Other than paying for wifi my only disappointment would be the orduerves we ordered at the bar. They were very nicely presented but the bread the bruschetta came with was hard as a rock, When I complained, the person from the kitchen staff came out and told me it was supposed to be that hard, sorry, I've had bruschetta in many places, have made my own many times and have never had bread that hard. It just about broke the plate when I tried cutting it. It was a small glitch in an otherwise great experience and they did take the bruschetta off our bill. This was an upscale hotel at a value price.
