I wasn't so sure about this hotel when I first arrived. The young lady at the front desk was less than interested that I was there to check in to the hotel, and it seemed to be a hassle to ask for a room next to my brother. The rooms were super clean and larger than average in size. An indoor pool, free continental breakfast including waffles in the morning, free parking, free internet. The air conditioning was super cold. The beds, bedding, and pillows could use some updating, so you may want to bring your own pillow in order to get a little more comfortable.

this place was nasty. there were ants all over my bathroom sink. the pool was not working. the breakfast was the worst ever. i asked for a dirty laundry bag and they gave me a plastic bag that is used to put in the ice container. my socks would fill the bag.

I deeply regret your dissatisfaction with your recent stay at our hotel. We strive to provide award winning service and it is apparent that we did not provide that to you. Please be assured that your experiences with us are an exception and are not the way we normally do business. Please know that the feedback that you provided is appreciated because we know it will only make us better.

I realize how frustrating it was to deal with the pool being closed and the ants that were present in your room. Be assured that both of these problems have now been rectified. As to the problem with the plastic bag for laundry, we strive to have everything needed by our guests that may have been forgotten and training has occured with the staff.

We hope that you will give us an opportunity to impress you in the future. Please call me if and when your travels bring you back to Parsons.

The Super 8 is nice. Clean rooms, great indoor swimming facilities. Try the suite... I recommend it.
