Spent a recent Saturday night at the BW. Its is not fancy, but clean and comfortable.The staff was friendly. We did have an issue with the climate control, upon check in, our room was stifling, and it was clear that the A/C was not working properly. The desk clerk (and I am sorry I didn't get her name..) responded immediately to our issue and changed our room right away. We would stay here again.
It should be noted this is a 2 story facility, but there is no elevator.

There are not many hotels in this area, but I would drive 45 miles out of the way to stay elsewhere. The manager was rude and condescending. It took about 15-20 minutes to check out and the invoice was incorrect even after the long delay. I was charged a price that did not match the receipt. As for the hotel, the room was not very clean. I had hair in my sheets and some type of dried liquid on the toilet seat.

This was one of the nicer Best Westerns I have stayed in.

Everytime I go the small town of parsons to visit my parents my family and I always stay at the best western. the friendly smiles and clean rooms are what keeps us coming back. it shows that the management and staff have pride in their work.
