Room was very comfortable, but duvet cover was overly heavy and a very light blanket was the only alternative.

"Made to order breakfast" was vastly understaffed; the line wound completely around the eating area two mornings in a row, juice dispensers weren't refilled promptly, coffee was lukewarm, and "pastries" consisted of bagel, toast and english muffin.

The manager's evening reception provided mixed drinks, but the only snack food was popcorn and potato chips (2 nights) or corn chips (1 night).

Indoor pool was fine for the grandkids, but much too small for an adult to swim more than a couple of strokes.

They ran out of daily papers the third day of our stay, and the hotel was far from full.

Convenient location, but we probably won't stay again -- there's a Drury Inn nearby with better amenities.

This is one of the original Embassy Suites properties but it has been well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Note that it only has king rooms so it may not work for all families but don't forget to pull out sofa. I would definitely stay here again -- and probably will!

If you like Embassy, you'll get the same comfort factor here. I love that Embassy has a separate "working" area from the bedroom.

The pool is very small, so don't plan on doing laps here. The other thing that was a bit weird is that the hot breakfast is not self- serve -- you have to be served a la cafeteria style....

Other than that, it's your same solid Embassy Suites factor.

This appears to be a smaller, and perhaps slightly older Embassy than I've seen in the past, but it is overall a very nice hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice young woman who promptly got us checked in (in under 3 minutes). We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was huge! A nice sit-down area with a fridge, down a short hall to the bathroom and bedroom. Everything was very clean, but its age is beginning to show. The walls are PAPER thin! We could hear every conversation our neighbors had verbatim. Fortunately both my husband and I needed to take Tylenol PM, so we were out cold and weren't disturbed by their voiced late into the night. The bed was perhaps one of the MOST comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on! Breakfast in the morning was very good. The "chef" was incredibly friendly and entertained the crowd in line. The line was a bit long, but moved very quickly. You could tell he was quite efficient and appears to enjoy his job. Checkout was another smooth transaction. The nice lady who was at the desk was kind and offered us a pamphlet with coupons for stores in the area if we were headed shopping. Again, it was a very quick process. My husband and both agreed we felt it was a good stay and great value. We wouldn't hesitate to return another time.
