“Sheraton OP and John Armstrong- The BEST Customer service in the industry-bar none!”
Because of the outstanding customer service level by John Armstrong at the Sheraton Overland Park, I am now an EXCLUSIVE Sheraton customer!!!! I was traveling from NJ to my company's headquarters (SPRINT) and chose to stay at the Sheraton Overland Park. Upon my check in and unpacking in my amazing room, I realized that I had forgotten my cuff-links for my french-cuffed shirts. I called down to concierge and John answered. I explained my situation and asked if there was a gift shop or store nearby where i could pick up a pair of cuff-links. John asked me to stay in my room and 2 minutes later, he was at my door. HE WAS TAKING THE CUFF-LINKS OFF OF HIS OWN PERSON TO LOAN TO ME! I was floored! Never had I experienced such customer service. I told him I did not need them immediately, but would need at some point during the week. He told me he would have something for me the next day in the afternoon. Upon returning from my meetings the next day, there in my room were FOUR pair of cuff-links for me to choose, with a note stating, "Good afternoon Mr. Cruz...Hope some of these will be useful for you!! John Armstrong" His actions made my experience extraordinary and I felt I had to tell EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN! Stay at the Sheraton Overland Park and make sure you say hey to John! He is the MAN!!!

Wow....I cannot explain how often I have used your feedback and recognized John for his outstanding service. I have named him our “Director of Wow’s” not only for your encounter but the many others that he consistently delivers to our customers. I obviously believe we have a great hotel, but when it’s all said and done we are not remembered by the décor .....but by the way we engage with our customers.
