First business trip for me, travelling alone for the first time. Very clean facilities, no mold or mildew in the bathroom (which is common in many hotels), pretty lobby, too. Nice touch on 2 free water bottles in fridge. Loved the soft pillows! Only thing is one elevator out of order for most of my 5 days' stay. Pool not too big, but pleasantly not humid in that area. When I was checking my rental car's engine, one male staff member approached me and offered help though it was like 105 F. Appreciated his help! A male housekeeper was also very nice, which made me think all Kansas people are so nice! Though it is important for me to have breakfast as part of the amenities (which they don't have, will have to pay $10 which is not bad), will definitely consider staying here again!

The front desk staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there wouldn't be one on property until next day. I left a message for the manager to call me first thing in the morning - still waiting on that call!! Went back in the morning - still no manager and after speaking with a different front desk staff member was told "just go I don't want to argue anymore". Needless to say we left. If they would get different front desk people - I would go back because the rooms were clean and comfortable and the dining room staff were excellent and friendly.

I have stayed in a fair number of Hilton Garden Inns and this one is in need of updating. On the plus side the service was very good at the front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast.
It is also very convenient to business' and restaurants in the area.
While o.k. for one night I would say my room was sub-par when compared to other Hilton Garden Inn's I have stayed at over the last couple of years.

My family and I 47/44/15/12 stayed in this hotel on our way back to Dallas via Minnespolis The hotel is in a nice bussiness district with resturants about a mile away. The hotel was nice, clean. The pool is a family size pool. The room was nice, very good size (air bed with us) and clean. I would stay here again a tell my family and friend that are going threw too. I will stay here then the one on Minnesota Dr
