I booked here from hotwire so the price was right. Very accessible to 435 so easy to get anywhere. Front office staff is helpful. You can check out DVDs for free there. Room was very clean. I would stay there again. I gave this a 3 because the TV was not a flat screen and there isn't much counter space n the bathoom.

My car was keyed the first night. When I reported this to the front desk, the woman said,"Oh yes, the same thing happened to me so I don't park in our lot anymore. WHAT?!!!! That's your solution??!!! That evening I saw the manager enter the building from a side entrance without using a pass key. I tried the door and sure enough the door was unlocked. When I questioned the manager, he said "oh yes, the lock is broken, but we do have the parts on order." Well so much for that feeling of security. The only way to get clean towels is to bring your used ones down to the front desk for an exchange. Rooms are only cleaned once a week and fortunately, we didn't stay that long. My recommendation is to keep on moving down the road. Overland Park is a lovely town with great places to stay, this was just not one of them.

This hotel has a great location for visiting folks in Kansas City, Kansas. It is conveniently located near an excellent grocery store, a CVS, a liquor store and is easily accessible at just two blocks off the ring road highway that loops Kansas City. It was clean, the staff were friendly and accomodating. Kansas City airport is a 40 minute drive. I booked using my Entertainment Card and received a fantastic rate. I saved $19 off their best web price and stayed four nights. The savings paid for my Entertainment book and then saved me another $50.
