We stayed here Dec 25th through the 27th. Check in took 20 minutes -- staff on duty did paperwork very slowly. Keyless entry didn't work well the first night. 2nd day it didn't work at all. Manager finally had to break into the room after giving us several card keys to try. We had to move to another room. No customer service recovery. Rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and beds were fairly comfortable. TV remotes didn't work. I think if you want a kitchen and you're only staying one night, it's probably fine. We stay there every Christmas holiday to visit relatives, but next year we'll find somewhere else.
