The management of this particular hotel is beyond incompetent to inexcusable. I travel 300 plus days a year on business and have never had such an awful experience. The housekeeping is unreliable, managers are unresponsive, and the lack of professionalism is astounding. Housekeeping is a no-show more than half the time, do not disturb signs are ignored by the staff. The 24 hr front desk staff and phone access is not reliable. Be prepared to be locked out at any hour. I was overcharged by 30%, and when I finally made a complaint on the corporate website, the acting manager violated their own policy and took it upon herself to try to contact my employer and defame me personally in order to deflect responsibility for the gross conduct of the hotel management and staff. Avoid Candlewood at all costs. A full refund would not begin to make up for the experience I and my co-workers had at this hotel. Dishonest people, poor service, no integrity.
