Booked hotel on priceline. After my bid was "accepted", I saw it was Baymont Inn. I have had another issue with a bad Baymont Inn in Tulsa (yeah, exciting cities I get to go see) and was nervous about this one. I knew the hotel from previous travels to Hays and knew it wasn't the best hotel and priceline has this as a 2 star. Well...it isn't. I even called priceline the day I had my bid accepted and said their assessment of Baymont Inn as a 2 star is way off. So with priceline's fabulous customer service, they said stick it. Checked in today and noted the exterior entryways (ugh) and the musty smell to the lobby. The pc and printer setup in the lobby is their "Business Center". I opened the fridge in my room and the concierge service here was kind enough to leave a half eaten container of Weight Watchers Yogurt for me. How did they know??? This is an old hotel and needs drastic cleaning. I pulled back the bed to access the plug in by the bed and saw an old remote and tons of dirt, dust and hair on the bed skirt under the mattress. I will upload pics and you will see what I saw. There was a black jelly bean on the floor by the nightstand which any chamber maid should be able to see.
