The outside condition is in desperate need of repair however after an immediate check for bedbugs and whatnot it turned out to be an okay place for a quick weekend night stay. The pillows were comfortable and the showers were surprisingly nice. Good water pressure and recently grouted (no mold). Only complaint of the actual room itself was the shower head - it must only be for people 5 ft or less. I am 5' 9 and the shower head hit me in the shoulder blades. On the plus side their breakfast was great! Sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, yogurt, cereal, danish, etc...there were plenty of tables and the breakfast bar was kept clean and presentable. A fresh coat of exterior paint and the replacing of the carpet in all areas would definitely help attract more customers. One security note...My dad waited in the car while I went to check in. The girl behind the desk (11pm at night) was very vocal about where my room was located. She pulled out a diagram, mentioned my room number outloud, and loudly explained how to access my room. It made me very uneasy especially since there were two men standing directly behind me. As far as anyone was concerned I was a single girl checking in alone. I'm sure there are rules as far as mentioning these details outloud? Just something to consider
