I have to say this is 1 of the best budget hotels that I have ever stayed in. For the price I was treated with a king size bed a 37 inch flat panel television. The room was meticulously clean. There was no dirt anywhere near the corners or sides of the wall.
The bed was okay not the most comfortable I have slept in but at this price point it was decent.
This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast.

Great place to spend the night when traveling through. Clean, comfortable beds, not far from stores (Walgreens, Wal-Mart), gas stations and restaurants.

I was needing a place to sleep...no extras...and was looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stop. Picked this Inn based on other's reviews and have to agree. It's just what I needed. Will probably be traveling through again next month and will stay there again.

I generally hate motels (as opposed to hotels), but I was really impressed! They are pretty central in Hays and not more than a three-minute walk from two gas stations (Love's has decent breakfast sandwiches),a Walgreen's, a liquor store, and a bunch of restaurants.
The motel itself is old but spotlessly clean with excellent housekeeping service. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The ac/heater unit was loud but very functional and the shower had excellent water pressure.
No breakfast onsite, but I would definitely stay here again!
