As with other Best Value Inns, this is an older motel that has been rehabbed and has substantially lower prices than other chains, but is consistently clean, well maintained, and with basic amenities such as TV and *at least here) micro refrigerator and hair dryer.
The only exception to the general cleanliness here was an exhaust register in the bathroom that was filthy under the grill, which needed to be removed by removing several screws.
The motel is about one half mile from the interstate highway on the main secondary highway in town, and is immediately next to the road. This causes the rooms closest to the road to experience some traffic noise, although the heating/air conditioning works fine and allows the windows to be kept closed.
Room Tip: All are at ground level with parking next to them. Noise will be lower in units set back from road.
