This new Comfort Inn is located just south of Colby and the I70. It is situated as a travel/truck stop area perfect for large vehicle/RV parking. This Comfort Inn has pretty much all that you would need or like. Indoor pool, fitness area, attached restaurant/bar and designated pet friendly rooms. The breakfast in the morning has hot selections and is well stocked and looked after. The attached steakhouse/bar is a bit pricey, but a few budget minded choices are nearby. The rooms are comfortable, with work areas and flatscreens, fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. The problem we had though was with the vanity area and bathroom. There was no room for your own personal stuff on the vanity outside the shower, as it was literally filled to capacity with their toilettries and coffeemaker. There is no sink in the bathroom, hence no counter space Also, being over six feet tall, I had to bend over to use their tiny shower/tub combinations. This was just minor inconveniences, and was more an adventure than a nuisance. For the fitness room, you need a key to get in, as they are trying to keep the kids out of it, due to the hole in the wall size mirror. Also the outdoor doors have key access, which is disabled at times, but inconvenient when laden with luggage. The heavy traffic noise might also be a problem during the night. Bit different than the BW's we usually stay at, but still a safe choice.
