Stayed one night with my 3 children. Safety and cleanliness is a must for me and this hotel had both. Room was large and clean. Hotel is well lit and we had no problems. Price was right-used my knea discount. Would stay there again as it's close to 2 concert venues.

We got there early, clerk wouldn't check us in, but manager did. Room was decent, clean, good size. We had double queen non smoking (room smelled nice). Nice fridge/freezer combo in room. A/C worked good(adjustable temp). Pillows are lumpy, bed ok, blankets ok. Shower was good. Ice machine on floor 3 didn't work, had to go to 4, the only other ice machine. Nice hdtv flat screen. Hair dryer on wall didnt work. Elevator wait was long, stairs on opposite side of place. room keys wouldn't always open pool area, clerk tried to help, said it always had issues unlocking. Manager walked in on me when I was in my room, and I even had the "do not disturb" sign on door! I could have been naked..or anything, ya know?! She said sorry, they thought room was unoccupied. But....its Super8, what do you expect. Price a bit high. Ps: breakfast is DONE at 10am the help started taking things off the tables/counter in front of me! Turned off OJ machine in front of me, as I was about to refill! Come on! I guess if you need a hotel for that area, ok, just expect it. Holiday inn is Right next door, just saying. Also, both hotels are walking distance from a variety of food chains and a gas station.

We stayed here last summer and gave it a good review. We decided to try it again, and they get a good review from us again. The place is clean, the rooms are well furnished, the service is good, and the breakfast is good for a Super 8. Even though it's close to the Interstate, it's quiet. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looks nice, and several families were using it. While there, we visited Legends Shopping District at Village West nearby and close to the Kansas Speedway. It's a nice, new mall with plenty of places to eat.

We've always had great stays at this hotel. I don't know what the bed bug lady is talking about maybe she shouldn't bring them with her and there wouldn't be a problem. And the Norman Bates thing. I'm glad there are people looking out for us when we do stay at a hotel. It's their job and that what they get paid to do.
We are from Iowa and have stayed at this hotel dozens of time and have not had one bad experience.. We always recommend this to friends and family because we get great service with a smile.
