We were greeted very warmly by very professional front desk staff. The lobby and hallways were spotless and comfortable and luxurious. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a much more "upscale" feeling hotel than I had expected. The only negatives were the lack of storage/shelf space in the bathroom and a chair that was ripped along the side and hadn't been repaired. But it was still a fabulous stay.

Nice, clean hotel with good restaurant. Suite with eating area provided lots of room for family. Pool area clean. Close to I-80.

Very nice hotel. We had our daughter's wedding at this hotel and stayed there several times before the big day. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel lobby is warm and welcoming. The attached "Johnny's Italian Steakhouse" restaurant has a nice variety of entrees for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious. The staff could not be more accomodating and gracious whether we were asking for a roll away or more keys or towels.
I'd also like to mention Alice Terrill who is their event planner. She is very knowledgable and an expert at event planning if you are ever considering this hotel for an event. This was our first wedding so we were pretty inexperienced and had many questions. Alice was able to help us with everything from menu planning to decorations and met with us several times before the wedding. She also had several helpful ideas such as signature drinks and late evening pizza that were a big hit. We can't say enough about her help and always with a smile! Thanks Alice!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. (for the 4th time this year). Our experience has been worse each time. We always stay in the king suite. This time we were missing a table and chair and were given a room with the view of a wall. We received a rationalization, but no action to replace the furniture. When we returned from shopping our extra key and drink tickets were gone. They said they thought we were checking out (our confirmation listed a two day stay). Cleaning rags were left in the room and if we were checking out the bed had not been remade. There was noise which kept us awake during the night. When we decide to have our muffins that we had brought along for breakfast, they too had been removed from our room. After 4 hours we had received no response from management. We will never stay there again. Very poor customer service.
