Our recent stay was marred by 4 interrupted painful nights of sleep. We politely complained after two nights & they would see what they could do. When asked for an eggshell mattress or replacement one they said they would leave message with next personnel on duty. One side of the bed seemed improved & the other worse. We called, we said we thought all they had done was flip the mattress. The only offer was after 3 nights paying for pain, another room available...our last night. We declined that great offer as it was too much work for 1 nite. We requested some type of a discount.( I told them I slept in the chair at times). We were only offered $10.00 after staying 4 nights since we declined the move for our LAST NIGHT! DIDN'T LIKE PAYING FOR PAIN! Oh, one also had to wait & take down dirty towels at times to receive a clean one. Great customer service! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
