This used to be a Heartland Inn. This place has had a lot of upgrades in the past two years. New furniture, carpet, etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
I stay there for work and you can rest assured that you can focus rather than having to clean up after yourself. They also have the amenities like breakfast and a pool for families as well.

“outstanding hotel”
I just wanted to share my experience from staying at the Days Inn in waterloo, iowa. From the staff to the room it was first class. Rooms were very clean, and refreshing.

“Friendly Staff Updated Rooms”
Friendly staff, clean newly remodeled rooms. Flat screen tv's. Free breakfast and internet.
Great hot breakfast in the morning.

“Great place for the weary traveler”
I have stayed here several times in the last year for work. I have always been happy with the service as they are very friendly. The rooms are up to date and clean. I love the biscuits and gravy in the morning!

“Days Inn is Great!”
The Days Inn & Suites in Waterloo, Iowa, is a very good hotel that has been newly remodeled and is a great value for your money! They have free high-speed internet, clean, comfortable rooms, and free breakfast in a new, clean kitchen area. The facility is close to Crossroads Mall, many restaurants, and right off Highway 20. The staff is friendly.
