I was happy with my stay. Easy check in/out, fun atmosphere, good food, and I was treated well by the staff. I would definitely be going again.

we are here right now and there must be 10 people next door ...drunk and yelling and screaming and pounding on the wall. staff was notified and an hour later no change. it is now after midnight and we are going strong ...i doubt we will sleep.

also ...smells like smoke in this no smoking room...very bad odor...

Everything about this was nice. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I had no problems with anything except the casino. It doesn't live up to the hotel standards and is very small. I wouldn't recommend here if you are planning a gambling trip as the casino isn't very enticing. The hotel room itself was very nice though. The restaurants were nice and the food was good.

My fiancee and I stayed in the king size whirlpool suite on 11/5/11 and couldn't have been more dissapointed. It took us over 45 minutes and speaking with 5 people simply to make the reservation! We only live 30 minutes away so it wouldn't have been easier to just drive down to book the room. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk told my fiancee he was "stupid" for getting married. Our room looked decent at first glance, but the bed was lumpy and the pillows were so thin we had to use the decoration pillows to sleep. The bed also came without any blankets, only three thin sheets and a huge flat sheet thrown over the mattress which came off in the middle of the night. The bathroom looked amazing at first but when I looked at the whirlpool tub (which I was dying to get into) I noticed the soap and dirt scum all over it and long black hairs all over the bottom. I have blonde hair so not sure how they got there.

That being said, the buffet is amazing. The food is very good qaulity food and you get a lot for the price. Even Otis and Henry's upstairs is top notch. There isn't a huge selection on the menu but what they do offer is pretty good.

If you want to go eat there and hit the casino floor, great! Have a good time, but drive about five minutes down the road to the hotels on La Porte Road and San Marnan Drive. Don't waste your money on the rooms at the casino.
