We had a 90th birthday party and family reunion (booking over 15 rooms for our group) and lots of kids! The AmericInn staff was super and the physical set up of the building was perfect for our group! The party room was just off of the pool area so our group wasn't split up while the kiddies swam! It had a TV and fridge, and was the perfect place to visit and have snacks. The lobby was so comfortable and inviting, several members of our family sat there and visited and played cards in the evening. It was like a large living room. All was clean and neat and quiet. Plenty of seating in the pool area and the water/air temperature was warm and inviting. Very close to many restaurants and conveniences. I would absolutely stay there again! What a treat!

Best hotel in Sioux City area.....Brook and her staff are number one in coustomer service....Give them a try and you will see what I mean.

Nice and clean big bang for your buck nice staff Good free hot and cold breakfast good assortment of beverages a all around nice place to take the family to even small baby's sound stays in your room!

“Great digs!”

When traveling to Sioux City, I always book the AmericInn. It is always clean, and the Front Desk guy, Chris has my paperwork ready, and calls me by name.
The breakfast is always well-stocked and the milk is cold.
I used to stay at another motel in Sioux City, but it did not even come close to the AmericInn!

I would recommend this motel if you are doing business in Sioux City.

Room Tip: Upstairs and to the back for me. The quieter, the better. You can also see the trains go by.
