Very dude staff and when I finally got to talk to the manager he was worse ! Don't waist your money or time .

Very pleasant, helpful staff, great location, plenty of eating , shopping & attractions close by, good sized rooms, great continental breakfast choices, the only downside was the indoor pool was very small not many people could fit in there at the same time and when we stayed all the attractions were closed due to flooding so we really would have liked to have been able use the pool area.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of a longer road trip. I'm glad it was just one night.

The good... room was exceptionally clean and no bugs. The bed was clean and comfortable. The furniture was in good repair. The room had a nice microwave and mini-fridge. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Shower had bowed shower curtain and good massage head with good pressure. Wireless internet was fast and easy to connect to.

The bad...The room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The room was hot, hot, hot upon entering. We turned the A/C as cold as it would go and let it run all night but it never cooled down enough to be comfortable. We would have asked for a different room, but we got the last room available when we checked in. We never could get the lights beside of the bed to turn on. We looked all over for a wall switch but couldn't find one and the switch on the lamps didn't turn them on. Also, the commode seat broke loose and slid completely off the commode with me on it.

I would have to see how a different room measured up before I would recommend this place to anybody else. All else aside, at least it was clean with no bugs.

- had to turn off then on to get it very cold
Floor was stained
Walls were thin - located by a traintrack where a train came by at 6am
