When i checked in Anna was nice. and the next morning, when i asked for a corporate rate, as i was going to be there for a month or more. that lady was nice too. But EVERYONE ELSE, any question i asked, i was certainly interrupting them from doing nothing. If the lobby coffee pot was empty, it was an effort to get more. If i asked for directions, roll of the eyes, as if i should know how to get there, what a silly question.
I mentioned i wanted to walk to my destination, about 1/2 mile, she gave me a route with no sidewalks. 1 block over, there was. when i got back and i mentioned it, she shrugged here shoulders rolled her eyes again, and body language said, "So what, you got there, didnt you?"
Other things: the hot tub was not working the 5 days i was there. ask when it will be fixed. another "dont bother me" response
and their "business center computer was slower than dial-up.

I moved to the ramada. $1 more and What a difference!!! They are People, people.
