This hotel is a disgrace!! Needs a major makeover!! The staff was so not helpful, and the cleanliness was nonexistence!

The hotel was fine, it allowed pets which was our number one priority. There was something wrong with the heat though and stayed on the whole time. it got a bit warm in the room (82!) but to be fair, we didn't complain since we were only there overnight. They were able to accomodate our request for a room on the main floor near an exit which was good because we had our two german shorthaired pointers with us and it made it convenient to bring them out. They had a very full continental breakfast with hot entrees so that was nice.

This hotel was on the end of being in the Holiday Inn franchise. I understand because this was one of the older hotels in the chain and the new look that Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels are doing now, it was time for this hotel to change. Hopefully it can continue to be a decent hotel as a Clarion. The staff has always been one of the best, even though the hotel is old and tired.

Stayed for 4 days and found all staff to be extremely friendly and it was quite obvious Providing the best Customer Service possible was everyones goal. It would appear the Hotel is in process of total remodel. Most has been done but a few things still in the process. Could not have been happier!!
