i was working in area for a week, looking for a low cost hotel, this place suprised the heck out of me,best super 8 i'v stayed at, great staff, clean rooms,even breakfast.
i will stay again if in area, nice town also.

Location: My niece and I were driving from Rapid City to Chicago..and decided to make this our stop in between. A little further off the highway than expected, it was easily accessed

Hotel: We did check in late, but I was disappointed by the lack of information the FD had..she did not know the cost of sending post cards to Canada, she had nothing but $1 bills to give me back for change when I paid cash. The laundry service mentioned on the website is actually the night person doing your laundry for you...at $6 a load.

Room: Was standard, although the bathroom was small, the tub miniscule and the beds very old, and quite uncomfortable.

The Area...for laundry we went to the Laundry Mat down the road..reasonable prices and friendly service. For Breakfast we went to a local place called Bud's...really good breakfast ( Diner)

THIS hotel was very clean however we had 4 adults and 1 teenager with us..and when I asked for more towels the desk clerk wanted to know what room we were in and wanted to verify that we had 5 people in our room ...we had just check in 30 mins ago..and he was there with the other staff member when we checked into the room..THE HOTEL lobby was locked off and the dining room was locked off so when we returned back to the hotel after 10:30 PM ..we had no lobby staff person ..and since the dining room was locked ..there was no service from that direction either..NO MICROWAVE in the rooms either...JUST felt like the hotel was just so closed down and no services were available after 10:30 PM !!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and we were very satisfied with it, it wasn't a luxury hotel or anything but it was kept very clean and all of the staff were very nice with the exception of one of the housekeepers. But, the staff were very willing to help in all of our requests and were always more than friendly. We really had no complaints about the room, the rooms didn't appear to be incredibly new but they are kept up very nice.
