Extremely comfortable accomodations with a very caring and knoledgeable front desk staff. Easy to walk to all Danish community attractions with the town's landmark Windmill just acroos the street. Closeby is The Danish Immigrant Museum-- Worthy of a visit. Make your own Belgium Waffle for morning breakfast

Stacy at the front desk was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We only stayed one night. We also received a coupon for dinner close by.
It was a great area for walking my dog, plenty of green spaces, sidewalk if you wanted to site see towards town - and right across from historic windmill and park. We had a great stay!

I stayed at the Americinn for 6 nights while on business at Elk Horn and Kimbalton. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow variety. The staff was very nice and lots of coffee available all the time. The breakfast could have had more of a variety but it was free. There was a laundry too. For a town of 700 there were 3 good places to eat: Danish Inn, Steffanies and Larson's Pub. All were above average eating establishments.

The wifi exceeded my expectations for speed. There was a terminal in the lobby too. The lobby was very homey.

They have a pool but it was closed.

Was suprised how nice this hotel was. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was friendly. Gave us an awesome deal for staying there for so long. The lobby was big. Breakfast had variety to it. You could make waffles, sausage and gravy. They had fruit, yogurt, cereal, danish treats, and breads.
