We've stayed here multiple times because of convenience. Always disappointed. Had same room two weeks apart and the same trash and dirt was on the floor between night stand and bed that was there two weeks prior. Pulling back bed sheets revealed that sheets on one bed had not been cleaned--hair on top of sheet and a clothing tag in the bed. Smoke detector was loose and dangling from wires out of the ceiling. The bottom four inches of the shower curtain was black with mold. Elevator floor dirty and had loose tile. This hotel used to be cleaner, but quality seems to be going down.

Good little hotel. It is clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. It is a little far from Davenport. Would be great value for those passing through on I-80. Just an easy 3 miles off the interstate on a rural 4 lane highway.

We loved everything about this hotel! As we walked in we noticed such a clean fresh smell. Our room was pretty, the beds were comfy, everything so clean! The staff both evening and morning were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and breakfast was very good. Not as many choices as some places we've been- but for a lot lower price we didn't expect even as much as we got- waffles, fruit, cereal, rolls. We would go out of our way to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel becauase of its vincinity to Interstate 80. The lawn and outside of the hotel was well kept so we went ahead and pulled in. Our check in process was great. We were checked in by the hotels manager, and really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies they provide for their guests. We asked for a decent place to eat with a good price and was referred to the Rustic Ridge Golf Course that is at the end of the hotels lot. The food and service was very good.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay, as the beds were very comfortable, the linens were fresh, clean and crisp. The hotels hot breakfast was fantastic. I never seen so many offerings on a free hotel breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay there again when visiting family in the Davenport area.
