Staff was really poor trained and verry rudy Manager. She also call me a lier. for the other guast complaint she is used to that!
I also wasted my time to register a complaint but I have the same luck of the other guest , all the roads lead back to Lynch. As she even mention to me when I was for some one on top of here that they will send back the complain to here. She is problably used to be rude to guest and nothing hapend to her. Choice hotel does not care about the way the management treat their guest.

Also the house keeper used to do a poor job, leaveing places dirty berrind.
No my family and my hub family are coming to stay for a very long period ,more than a month and I'm not book with them

The sheets on the bed were torn and had holes in them. The extra blanket for the pull out couch was torn and very discolored (old). When you moved the TV on the turn table, it was dusty underneath. The freezer looked like it had meet drippings in it. They didn't vacuum behind the doors. The refrigerators were all dented in the front. the front of the dishwasher needed to be wiped off, it was dirty. The silverware drawer had dirt in it. Carpets are stained.

The workout room was very small and smelled of sweat - there was no ventilation in the room.

The rooms are dirty. I would not go back - find a different hotel.

Stayed at the MainStay for a few weeks while working on a project. Excellent room with full kitchen, breakfast bar to eat/work/use computer, living area to watch TV and separate bedroom. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel is walking distance to two restaurants, very near the mall and convenient to downtown.

Upon walking into room immediately noticed LIVE bugs on and in the bed. Dead bugs were all over the window sills and on floor below. Bathroom was dirty and had little hairs all over. The noise from the road was deafening but luckily the VERY LOUD humming refrigerator masked some of the sounds. Contacted front desk to see about moving, they stated hotel was full and there was nothing they could do about the bugs due to the fact that it was that time of the year. Hello, how about touching up the room before guests arrive!! Spoke with manager, I think, upon check out who seemed just as unsympathetic and apathetic. Absolutely the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Wonder if they will respond to the comments I left upon check out and requested follow up, won't hold my breath.
