Intent was to stay in Galena, IL. Needed a Suite since we were traveling with another couple. Facility clean & friendly. Excellent location to both Galena and within 1 mile of Mall in Dubuque. "Gas cheaper on this side of river"

Room nice size for two couples. 2nd bath would have made it better. Could have used one more chair to accomodate four adults. Key card gave us trouble, Temp in room hard to control. Would stay again. Breakfast very minimal.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was spacious, very clean and had a firm, comfortable bed. It is also pet friendly and has a special area to walk dogs. The room was very quiet. Service was good also. The first room we were in had a heater that wasn't working properly so they gave us another room and we noticed the heater was being fixed that very same day. With our AAA discount the cost was extremely affordable and a great value for a room with kitchen and sofa.

Staff was really poor trained and verry rudy Manager. She also call me a lier. for the other guast complaint she is used to that!
I also wasted my time to register a complaint but I have the same luck of the other guest , all the roads lead back to Lynch. As she even mention to me when I was for some one on top of here that they will send back the complain to here. She is problably used to be rude to guest and nothing hapend to her. Choice hotel does not care about the way the management treat their guest.

I staid there almost 2 months!
Also the house keeper used to do a poor job, leaveing places dirty berrind.
No my family and my hub family are coming to stay for a very long period ,more than a month and I'm not book with them

The sheets on the bed were torn and had holes in them. The extra blanket for the pull out couch was torn and very discolored (old). When you moved the TV on the turn table, it was dusty underneath. The freezer looked like it had meet drippings in it. They didn't vacuum behind the doors. The refrigerators were all dented in the front. the front of the dishwasher needed to be wiped off, it was dirty. The silverware drawer had dirt in it. Carpets are stained.

The workout room was very small and smelled of sweat - there was no ventilation in the room.

The rooms are dirty. I would not go back - find a different hotel.
