Super 8's, and this one is typical, are a solid middle ground between the low-end Motel 6 and the better (and more expensive) mid-range motels like Hampton Inn or HI Express.
I stayed here for 3 nights in early Sept,2006. The motel appears to have been recently renovated and was in good shape. My room was clean and quiet except for the third night when some moron's dog was barking in their vehicle parked in the lot(the motel is no pets). Everything in the room worked, the hot water in the shower was instant. Unlike some higher priced motels there was a good selection of cable channels, probably 50 or so.
This is a convenient property to downtown, just 10 minutes or so away via Fleur Drive. If you are on your own nickle, it's a relatively cheap, decent, and safe place to stay.
The breakfast (6-9 a.m. is minimal, 2 types of cereal, one type of bread for toast, some pastry, o.j., coffee, but NO tea or hot chocolate. It's ok for the first day, but after that there is a Perkins very near by.
