Outstanding, freindly staff. Competent, comfortable, clean rooms. Better-than-average breakfast. Very quiet considering proximity to airport. No refrigerator or microwave, but easy access to ice. If you want more amenities, then find a more expensive place to stay. This place is a value.

We stayed here on Comfort Inn's Rewards Points night system; I had accumulated enough points to stay here. So I often stay @ Comfort Inns. This one was a disappointment. In brief: lobby smelled stale w/ a chemical odor. Our light in the bathroom worked sporadically. The 'business center' consisted of a computer that crashed w/o warning; ran Windows XP w/ an older tower that still had a floppy drive. When the computer crashed the employee didn't know how to reboot it; I did. The eggs at the breakfast were dry and burnt. I had a few; took the last ones. When I told the attendant they were out of eggs and that she might want to replenish the supply, she scowled at me. Finally, the motel didn't have a fitness center and had I done more research to know that we may not have stayed there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This hotel was at a great location for a one night stay for a local wedding. The rooms and grounds are clean and well-cared for. The rooms show a little wear and tear, which is normal, but they were clean and well-appointed. There is an added benefit of a decent breakfast bar with several good selections in the morning. There are not many eating establishments in close proximity. All in all a fairly good value for your money.

A few minor problems: loose faucet, low water pressure, not enough light (they use very low wattage fluorescent bulbs). However, it was clean and quiet, and the only Choice hotel in the area that was in our price range and had a room with 2 beds available. We needed last minute lodging after a car breakdown. This met our needs.
