This hotel has very nice size suites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times and been happy with it every time. They have eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns for breakfast along with cereal choices and breads. The pool is also very nice size and goes up to 9 feet.

A cycling friend & I stayed at this hotel 4 times while we toured around Iowa, North Dakota, & Nebraska. We found the entire staff very friendly & helpful! Whatever we asked for, they promptly got for us. They stored our bike boxes for 14 days. We met the owner, AJ who we found very personable & seems genuinely interested in serving the needs of his customers. James, who drove us back & forth to the airport, actually stopped by on his off day to see how our ride went as we were packing to leave. The hotel itself is older & not fancy, but it had the essentials & the our rooms were quite spacious. They offerred a free shuttle to the airport, a full continental breakfast, & a large pool to relax some well used muscles after 547 miles of riding. If you don't need new & fancy; just clean & comfortable, with friendly staff, then I would recommend staying here.

First, we waited in line while the one receptionist answered multiple phone calls and the lobby filled up. When we finally got to our room, it was dark and damp and smelled of sewer gas. We quickly discovered that the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. We dropped off our stuff and were out until late that night. When we returned and tried to get some sleep, it was hard to do as it seemed we could hear water running and people walking and talking throughout the building all night. We got up and left as early as we could in the morning - skipping the "free" breakfast which I was a little scared to see anyway. If I'm ever going to stay in the area again, I will pay the slightly higher price for a decent room! What a dump!

Location is good, but boy did both rooms we rented smell. Bathrooms need total updates, tubs were dirty, doors chipped and damaged my wife and daughter would not use the shower. Breakfast of rubber eggs and sausage. Wonder why no one was ever in the pool? We looked at another room to change, it wasn't any different.
Dear Management spend some money, Dear Choise Hotels get some standards!
