This hotel is very convenient to the casinos, just go under I-29 and you are at Harrah's. We needed to have a boarding pass printed for the next afternoon flight, but the hotel desk clerk was unwilling to help. We asked about a printer, and she indicated that the hotel provided Internet access throughout. Unfortunately, my printer just won't fit into my luggage. When I asked whether she would help us, she mumbled something about the manager being back 'maybe' in the morning, as this was a Saturday and the manager may / may not be available on Sunday morning.
We went across to Harrah's hotel, bellied up to their counter and the first desk clerk was more than willing to help print the boarding pass.
So, if you stay at Day's Inn, go over to Harrah's for your printing needs! (Just don't tell Harrah's where you are staying!)
Another concern was the television remote control. It was the cheapest knock-off ever, without a keypad to punch in a channel. Only an up/down scroll for the tv, and that was slow at best.
Carpet is worn / dirty. Hotel needs a good carpet cleaner.

Thank yoe for taking the time out of your schudule to [provide your comments regarding your stay at our hotel. Please know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us.We are looking in to solving the problem of the computer printer being in the office because for security prepossesses we must keep office locked at night.In regardes to the remotes we are looking in to new remotes and have replaced all carpets in rooms.We continuously train our staff and make sure they excel our service promise that focuses on guest service.
