We arrived at the Sleep Inn and waited for 10 minutes to be checked-in. The two front desk clerks was busy talking to each other looking for something. They finally checked us in after 10 minutes. That night, we quickly discovered the walls are super thin. We can hear the next room's conversations, their TV on and people walking upstairs over us. To top it off, their was kids running up and down the hallway to the pool with no adult supervision. I did not get any SLEEP at the Sleep Inn. This place has poor customer service and thin walls. I will not stay again.

we stopped in Charles City on our way to The Black Hills for a break along the way. The hotel had a nice appearance. The check in was very easy as we are Choice Privileges members. The room was attractive with a king size bed. The TV had a wide range of channels with HBO. The breakfast was fine with a choice waffles,cereal,biscuits and gravy. The front desk person was helpful in directing us toa good restaurant in town. We were very pleased nd would stay there again if we are in the area.

I really liked this hotel and will be back next year. The front desk was helpful getting us rooms with fridges and microwaves in them. Rooms were clean and had a wide selecton of channels. The A/C worked awesome in all the rooms we had while staying there. Breakfast was the usual with biscuits and gravy. Only thing I did not like about this place was they had to take the safe fee (1.00/day) off every week when we checked out.

We were there for four days over the 4th of July. We used the hotel for a family reunion so we were there most of the day as well as over night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The hospitality room we used for the event was great. The hotel was clean and orderly. The continental breakfast had a large selection.

Because we have four children, we stayed in a suite. I have no complaints about the room--no offending odors, everything worked as it should, bathroom was clean, etc.... It was spacious enough for us. They even provided a port-a-crib for our youngest. A nice little detail was the night-light provided for our bathroom. Overall, I had a very nice weekend.
