This HOTEL IS INFESTED with BED BUGS. Not Only ARE THEY INFESTED they are RUDE. They REFUSED TO CHANGE MY ROOM. HAD ME continously wait on people that did not show in order to address the matter.

Driving up to the hotel my family was less than thrilled. It is hard to put into words why it was unwelcoming, but the parking lot was eerily empty at 5:00 pm and the hotel just looked sketchy. Upon walking in to the lobby to check I was greeted by a group of "regulars" sitting in the lobby snickering at me. It was as if they were letting me know I was not in a place that I should be. The woman at the counter was less than helpful in letting me switch from a single bed room to a room with two beds. After getting my keys I was ready leave and find a new hotel but my wife needed to use the restroom. We grabbed the kids and went into the room and my choice to leave was solidified. It was tiny and it smelled. It was the kind of room you could hear the bed bugs licking their chops waiting for you to crawl into bed. There is no way I would have my children sleep in that hotel. In fact, I don't want anyone to stay at this hotel and that is why I writing this review.

Hotel was clean and very friendly housekeeping staff. The front desk was helpful with directions and made check in and out a smooth process. Breakfast was an assortment of donuts, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, and english muffins. Orange and apple juice, coffee and tea were also served along with regular apples and oranges. Would definitely go back to this hotel again.

In spite of having non-smoking rooms, the place is filled with smokers. Because the hallways are old and narrow, everything smells like smoke. Also, if you are handicapped, make sure you ask for a first floor room because there is no elevator. Breakfast is terrible. The pillows are like lumpy piles of clothes. The high-speed internet works and the front desk staff seems friendly. This place seems to be the spot for truckers in training programs as well as DHS vouchers. I will never stay there again. And if you pay the regular $59 price, you can stay at the Red Roof Inn down the street and get a much better room/facility.

If Wyndham is serious about fixing chain images, this hotel won't be a Howard Johnsons for very long.
