Was in town for a one night stay. I'm glad I used Marriott points because spending cash here would have been hurtful.
The place is a victim of owner neglect. From stepping on the elevator, which looks like it's a construction site, to entering a moldy-smelling room, to the aroma which pervades the entire 3rd floor - the place is just a mess.
The staff, which is the only saving grace here, was kind enough to find me a room without aroma after three tries. The suite was clean and nice -- but as soon as the door opens -- that odor comes rushing through. Breakfast was the standard microwave biscuit, fruit, yogurt and waffles.
I don't know how the other hotels in town are compared to this -- but this is just not the best you're going to find.
Room Tip: If you do stay here -- ask for a suite - or buy the upgraded rate - at least it was clean.

We are currently awaiting our renovation which will include refinishing the elevator to give it a new updated look along with all guest rooms. I have also spoken with our executive housekeeper of the issues you occured during your stay and we have been paying close attention to remove any odor throughout the building.
