Front desk stuff was great breakfast lady is great food was good.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend and I had such a great experience! All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very nice. It seemed as they just got new sheets and blankets as they were very nice and crisp. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I travel to Burlington!!

The lobby looked okay upon arrival. We were in town to visit family and stayed 4 nights. A relative put us up there so we had to stay. Upon arrival, I called about 2:40 and asked if it was possible to check in a few minutes before the 3:00 check in time. We have 3 kids and drove from Dallas. She said no, that no room would be available until after 3:00. So we waited out front. When I checked in, she sent us to a room upstairs (we have a small child, mind you) and it had NOT BEEN CLEANED YET!!! We came back downstairs and sat and waited. She never asked why we were waiting. After 30 minutes or so (past the check in time), I went to the front desk and asked another girl if she had a room downstairs, that was CLEAN! She said yes, that the downstairs had already been cleaned. AMAZING that the lady before her had not put us downstairs. The room was not exactly up to par, but as I said, family put us there so we stayed. We asked to use the conference room for our cousins to come and visit and were told it would require a $40 charge.(nobody used the room during the entire stay) When she saw that I was thinking about paying that, she came back and said $85 for 2 hours. WHATEVER!! Will not be back!!! YUCK!!!...only plus was the sweet lady that was working the breakfast area

Not recommended. We traveled with a group for a baseball tournement. The hotel is not equipped to handle large groups. Gathering space was very restricted. Rooms were not clean ( chunks of stuff all over the walls, stained matresses, dirty shower curtains). Multiple errors with billing throughout the group. Front desk staff was very pleasant through the issues. This place should just not take on groups.
