First off the staff was just excellent. Everyone was attentive, helpful, wanted to do everything they needed to do to make things work out. I don't think you could have had a better staff except at some of the professionally trained 5 star hotels. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are virtually noise proof. We never heard are next door guests which consisted of 4 small girls, of which I am sure were not quiet for the entire 3 days stay. We also never heard the hallway noise or thunderstorm outside. You have to love a room that feels like you are isolated from the rest of the world. The linens and towels are indicative of a $50-80 per night hotel. The breakfast was typical breakfast at hotels in that price point. Parking is easy and was never full. Pool area was very clean and nice however remember that this hotel is near a water park and gets the overflow from the waterpark lodging. Which means at any given time there could be 20 children in the pool area. HOWEVER, BIG BONUS POINTS, they have an evening adult only time which is 10-midnight. Perfect for those of us who get in late and would prefer to relax in semi quiet. If you spend over $80 for a standard room at this hotel, you are overpaying. Anything less than $70 is a bargain.
