the quality of the quality inn is excellent. everyone that i talked to or called the front desk was very nice and professional.
i went to the recently canopy club for breakfast and is very clean and beautiful layout. The experience was excellent and I liked that you have internet access, also you have laundry room and a exercise room. The staff was very nice and professional at all times and went above and beyond when requests were made. The rates are great. The quality of stay is excellent and quiet. The security is great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will. I am so impressed with the recent remodel and recent opening of the canopy club. You can order breakfast from a menu and also get continential take out. I live in terre haute and would recommend this as a getaway. I stayed to take a break and regroup and it was wonderful. I plan on future trips to the Quality Inn, and recommending to friends, coworkers and family.

After staying in several hotels in Terre Haute, IN, I found the QUALITY INN. It's totally differnet than last visit...it was days inn.Now staff was welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Great breakfast. This hotel is perfect for long stay.I Will definitely stay here on future visits.

Ok, I got booked a room here for work. Upon arriving I was told that I had a microwave and fridge in the room, not the case. It took close to an hour for them to locate a room, which was across the hall, that had the said appliances. After that I unpacked then left to get some work done. Once I returned I went to use the microwave and it kept turning off and I heard a clicking noise from behind the fridge, I discovered that the power strip was shooting out sparks. I promptly called the front desk and they told me that I had to move the appliances to different outlets. Frustrated with the whole situation I walked to the elevator to go out to smoke a cigarette and the elevator smelled like pot. Again I brought it up to the front desk and they just scoffed at it. Needless to sagging checked out the next morning and notified my union.

This room was great, the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms have been remodeled and are great.

Not close to the interstate like some of the others but worth the extra mile.
