This was a fairly nice hotel. It was clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts each day were good. They kept the eggs and biscuits and gravy and everything else re-plenished. Our kids enjoyed the waffle maker. The beds were comfortable and the air condition kept us all cool. The shower felt great!! The pool and grounds and other areas are very well kept. The only few issues I have is that I'm a smoker and requested a smoking room. But even as a smoker, the room could have been aired out a little better. I did not like the smell of the room. The other item I did not like is the hotel's misrepresentation of the size of the pool at this hotel. If the pool is small, then simply advertise that the pool is small. But despite these few issues, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would stay there again.

I had researched Hotel rooms in Tell city for about 2 weeks prior to arriving there. I will admit Ramada was not the first choice, but I will say it will be from now on. The customer service was extremely friendly. They were able to give me my discount without me having to get on the computer and get it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The manager was very nice. The breakfast was okay, but it was free. I would definately be returning the next time i go to Holiday World.

We stayed here overnight for a trip to holiday world. It was a nice hotel, large flat screen tv, beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The breakfast provided was very good. Did not spend much time at the hotel but had no complaints.

I reserved my room online for this July and I had a few questions about why they had charged my card but didn't tell me they were going to. I call the hotel and the customer service rep that answered didn't know anything about what I was talking about or what to tell me. This other lady gets on the phone and her name is Dana Gorman she says what she has to say and puts me back on hold. I made a remark to the front desk girl and she went and told this Dana lady. Well I was hungup on then Dana calls my cell phone back and starts calling me a the B word and all kinds of other stuff. I was mortified. I do not want to stay at this hotel now because they probably got my name red flagged and they will put bed bugs in my bed. I have tried calling everyone at the Wyndham and Ramada corporate offices with no luck. This lady should be fired for what she did.
