Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car.
I arrived at 1 AM and just wanted a place to sleep for a few hours. What looks like a decent hotel on the outside is a ghetto hostel on the inside.
1. Chewing gum was stuck to the ceiling above the bed.
2. The toilet had no water supply and wouldn't flush.
3. The towels and wash-cloths were heavily stained and torn.
4. Only 2 of the 4 room lamps worked
5. I asked for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. It stank of stale smoke.
I went to the front desk in the morning and handed the towels to the man behind the desk. I explained the condition of the room and the gentleman adamantly refused to even acknowledge my complaints.
I would have probably stayed another night if he would have apologized and had given me a discount. I asked to speak to the general manager: as it turns out, the man behind the desk WAS the general manager.
The bottom line: His response was "We are not a maid service and can't inspect every towel in every room". He never acknowledged my other complaints. He did, however, accuse me of putting the gum on the ceiling. After I asked to speak to the owner he asked me to leave the property.
I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
