“....what the???”

I'm very sorry to say I'm staying in this hotel right now.

Moldy smell when you walk in, door hardly closes and looks like a prison cell door. I feel very unsafe sleeping tonight. (a room I passed to get to mine has broken windows sealed with handy dandy duct tape)
Chairs look like sometimes wet themselves several times on it. Wallpaper is peeling up, which isn't surprising as it looks like it was slapped on in an hour.

Absolutely everything in this room is filthy. Will NEVER come back.

“Unbelievable”

The office turns off the switchboard at 9:00 P:M without notice and you have no communications and cell phone signal is non existent. My Dad slipped and fell in the bathroom at 2:30 A:M and I had to leave the property to summon an ambulance. My Dads fall turned out to be fatal and the Hotel has no insurance that we can find. The swimming pool is completely full of everything except water. They use it for storage. The rooms smelled so bad we had to air it out and the bed linen was stained and has cigarette holes. Many rooms are rented out to laborers and they use the outside railing to dry their clothes on so there are clothes hanging outside everywhere you look. We stayed there only because every other hotel was full but never again!

“Not worth it for any price”

I stayed here because it was the only place available. I had made reservations on-line. When I went to check in they asked me how much the room was. They didn't know how much my reservation was for. I ended up paying $70.00 per night. It was not worth it. Room was old and dirty in general. Sheets didn't seem clean. Only had two towels in the bathroom and one of them was dirty to begin with. The TV had bad color issues. One day when we had maid service, our room door was left open. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at any price. Go somewhere else. Even if you have to drive a few extra miles.

“unreliable/ not worth the stay at any rate”

I did not actually stay at the Red Rock this year. I did however stay there last year. The room is old and outdated, but it was at least clean. I had a manager rate of $35 while I was there for four nights for business (Blueberry Festival). For as little as I was in the room and for the price, I would not have complained. BUT...... this year I also had a reservation there for the same weekend and the same rate. When I called to confirm my reservation the day before I was to arrive, I was told the rate would be $95. When I told the gentleman that I had a confirmed rate of $35, he just told me no. I told him to cancel my room and he asked what I could afford. I said $35 and he told me to get over it, what could I afford. So I cancelled and ended up making a 20 mile drive to a 5 star Comfort Inn down the road for $50. I was happy to make the drive and pay the difference for a much better hotel.

“VERY RUDE”

I tried to check into this hotel at 2 a.m. on Saturday morning and was planning to stay until Sunday at 10 am. I asked the clerk (who I think was the owner) if I could get a discount on the first night, as I was checking in at 2 am. He ripped the registrations paperwork from my hands and said "You no stay here" I was absolutely appalled.
